- Spaghetti Squash is a fun yellow and green striped squash.
- good in the open air.
- Vigorous growth and requires plenty of space.
- The squash is ripe when the shell is 20 cm hard. long.
Cut the spaghetti squash lengthwise, remove the seeds.
Brush with oil and season.
Bake at 200 degrees for 50 minutes in the oven.
Scrape out the meat with a fork and season with salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
Eat as a side dish instead of pasta, or as an accompaniment to anything.
