Muscari armeniacum are beautiful in the foreground of a flower bed in the garden or a pot. In Latin, Muscari armeniacum is called. The best-known Muscari are the blue ones, but there are other Muscari with pink, white, yellow, various blue or purple flowers. Muscari are really good at coming back year after year in the garden, the bulbs multiply in the soil and more Muscari with many flowers appear. The leaves of Muscari remain for a long time after flowering and they must not be cut off. Therefore, it is a good idea to put Muscari together in a mix with others, such as Geranium phaeum or Brunnera, which come and cover the leaves of the bulbs after flowering. Such a mix makes it much easier to care for the bed in the garden.
When planting Muscari armeniacum, plant them about 5cm deep in the garden. Caring for Muscari is easy, they like a little fertilizer when they no longer have flowers.
