First, the forget-me-not-me-not has flowers that resemble those of the forget-me-not. It blooms blue or white, at the same time as the tulips, and provides a fantastic lightness in the bulb bed. Later, large, strong leaves appear that are good for covering the bulb tops and keeping weeds away. Brunnera is available with both neutral green leaves and decoratively marbled leaves. It is a stable and easy perennial that thrives in both sun and some shade.
