Gladiolus are planted deep, preferably 20-30 cm, so you don't have to dig them up in the winter. There is no guarantee - but it usually works. When the bulbs are planted deep, the plant doesn't fall over as easily.
Gladiolus grow to about 100 cm, they are fantastic for a large bouquet.
