The two-year-old parsley 'Gigante d'Italia' is a very vigorous premium variety.

After sowing, which is possible indoors from February to September and outdoors from March to August, it quickly forms very smooth, large leaves. They can be harvested from May to October and used to flavour sauces, soups or salads.

Whether fresh or dried: 'Gigante d'Italia' is characterised by a very aromatic taste and is extremely rich in vitamins. The variety is also suitable for freezing.

On the windowsill or in the herb bed, the plants thrive in the sun or at least in partial shade.
