Orchid soil 5 l. - HORNUM
Repotting orchids: An orchid needs repotting every two or three years, or if the plant has been damp for too long, causing the roots to become soft.
Before transplanting: Make sure to remove old soil and rinse with lukewarm water.
It is beneficial to place the entire root system in water for a few hours, as this prevents the roots from breaking when transplanting.
Put Orchid Soil from HORNUM® in the bottom of a transparent pot, place the plant in and carefully fill in with the special soil.
After transplanting, the entire pot can be placed in fertilizer water and soaked for about 10-20 minutes. Let the plant drain properly so that no excess water remains.
Place the plant in light, but not in direct sunlight.
Then water very sparingly, and preferably sprinkle with lime-free water.
Orchid soil from HORNUM® has a very coarse structure with high drainage capacity.
Orchid soil contains no nutrients.
