- The beans/seeds can be cooked fresh or harvested when the pods have turned yellow and the seeds have ripened and dried.
- The seeds are further dried indoors for a few days for storage.
- Prepared later by soaking and then boiling.
- Beans should never be enjoyed raw!
- Sunny location.
- Thrives best in sheltered, well-drained, loamy, moisture-retaining soil.
