- Organic parsnips from SPERLI bring variety to your diet! The carrot-like, cream-colored roots can be used in many different ways in the kitchen and are full of vitamins and minerals. Parsnips also have a wonderfully sweet taste.
- In March and April, you can sow the seeds 1 to 2 cm deep in a bed of loose, nutrient-rich soil, preferably in a sunny to semi-shady spot. In October, the time has come: you can finally harvest the 30 cm long parsnips and enjoy them fresh on your plate!
